Hi! My name is Krista.

It is my passion to help people build connected relationships with not only themselves but also with their loved ones. I help guide others through their self-discovery process using a variety of healing modalities including:

• Co-Active Coaching

• Astrology

• Reiki

It is in the shifts we make internally that we see our external reality unfold. Beyond personal life experience, I hold a Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals Certificate from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Level I Astrology Fundamentals (by Debra Silverman), Reiki Certification - Level I and Level II (by Nakshatra Wellness Co.)

My coach-client relationships are equal, viewing all of my clients as naturally creative, resourceful and whole.
